Its core feature is a sealing structure at the center that can be pierced by the column of the water dispenser's base, combined with a tamper-evident band design. It not only meets the demand for automatic water outflow but also complies with the national standard's anti-theft and anti-counterfeiting requirement of "being unable to restore the original packaging form after opening". It is a standardized accessory for large-diameter barrel mouths in the barreled water industry, widely used in household, office, and commercial drinking water scenarios.

It conforms to the core definition of "plastic tamper-evident cap" in GB/T17876-2010: a 48mm specification cap made of polyolefin as the main raw material, formed by injection molding or compression molding processes, which cannot restore the original packaging form after being sealed and opened, and has both sealing and anti-theft properties.

2. 48mm Smart Cap Core Functions

• Sealing and Leakage Prevention: Adopts a double sealing structure of inner plug + outer plug, meeting the national standard's sealing performance requirements. It prevents water leakage or contamination during transportation and storage, adapting to the long-term storage needs of barreled water.
• Pierceable Automatic Water Outflow: A pierceable tab connected by thin ribs is set at the center. Utilizing the barrel's own weight (12-20kg), the column of the water dispenser's base pierces the sealing tab, enabling automatic water supply without manual operation.
• Anti-theft and Anti-counterfeiting: The tamper-evident band is connected to the cap body through connecting bridges (defined in National Standard Clause 3.4). After the first opening, the connecting bridges break, forming permanent opening traces that cannot be restored, preventing secondary packaging.
• Hygiene and Safety: Made of food-grade polyolefin materials, complying with national standard hygiene performance requirements. The disposable design avoids cross-contamination.
