I. Core Requirements for Participation

(a) Participating entities

Individuals, teams, and companies/design agencies are all welcome to participate, regardless of nationality or industry. Apparel manufacturers must specify their production qualifications and capacity information; winners will enjoy exclusive cooperation rights. The information provided by the participating entity must match the information on the registration form. Companies/design agencies must provide their unified social credit code, individuals must provide their ID card number, and teams must clearly identify the team leader.

(II) Requirements for Submission of Works and Materials

Participants must submit electronic materials (no paper mailing required). All materials must meet the specifications and be original and complete, with a focus on demonstrating the rationality and completeness of color and accessory coordination.

Renderings of the artwork: ① The submission must include the title of the work, and all artwork must be compiled into a single PDF file. The PDF file resolution must be at least 300 dpi; hand-drawn or computer-generated designs are acceptable . ② This design must be a complete workwear set consisting of a long top and short top, plus trousers . The design must clearly demonstrate the overall shape, details, pocket layout, and other core elements of the entire set. The renderings must include front and back views, highlighting key details and indicating dimensions and manufacturing requirements, and must be consistent with the rendering requirements in the application form.

Design Supporting Instructions: [ These must be included directly in the above PDF file and should include: artwork title, source of inspiration, design description, fabric specifications, manufacturing process description, garment pattern diagram, and designer's (or legal representative's) name ;]

1. Clearly explain how the design meets the environmental adaptability requirements of the workshop, such as dust-free environment, anti-static properties, oil/corrosion resistance, breathability, and flexibility of movement ;
2.  The pocket layout design logic is clearly marked, explaining the rationality and convenience of tool storage;
3.  We provide estimated cost analysis (including cost calculations for individual components such as fabrics, processes, and accessories) and mass production feasibility analysis (including mass production process requirements, capacity matching, and supply chain compatibility).
4.  The accompanying design description must fully cover the inspiration source, design description, fabric description, process description, estimated cost, and garment style structure diagram required in the work introduction section of the application form, and the information must be consistent.

AI-assisted design statement:

1. Submission Notes: If the submission involves AI technology (such as AI-generated patterns), the participant must clearly identify the specific AI-generated parts in the submitted PDF file.
2. Creative Leadership: The core concept, overall structure, and final presentation of the work must be led by the designer; AI is only used as an auxiliary tool. Submitting design proposals that are entirely generated by AI and have not undergone in-depth secondary creation is strictly prohibited.
3. Registration Form Completion: Participants must truthfully check "Whether to use AI assistance" in the registration form. If "Yes" is selected, a brief explanation of the application of AI technology and the creative process must be provided, ensuring that this explanation is consistent with the annotations in the PDF file.

(III) Submission Guidelines

Electronic version package:

1. Please fill out the "Guangzhou Jeepine Craftsman Clothing Design Global Competition Registration Form" as required. The signature must be handwritten, and all other content must be typed. The company must affix its seal across the seam of the scanned copy of the registration form, and the individual/team (leader) must sign each page. The naming format is: Registration Form + Participant's Name (Name/Team Name/Company Name), and package them into a compressed file.
2. Individual (team) participants should attach a scanned copy of both sides of their (person in charge's) ID card ; corporate participants should attach a scanned copy of their business license with the company seal ; file names should be : Participant's Name (Name/Team Name/Company Name) + Attachment Name (e.g., Business License, ID Card) ;
3. Submit a PDF file containing renderings of your work and accompanying design specifications ; name the PDF file as: Entrant's Name + Work Title ;
4. Garment manufacturers need to compile all supporting materials, such as production qualifications, into a compressed file; the file name should be : Participant's Name (Name/Team Name/Company Name) + Attachment Name (e.g., Qualifications, Workwear Production Cases , Company Brochure) ;
5. Please send the compressed file to the organizing committee's designated email address; the compressed file should be named as follows: participant's name (person/team name/company name) + compressed attachment ;
6.  Email subject lines and file names must strictly adhere to the following requirements: Email names should be formatted as " Jeepine Apparel Design + Participant Name (Name/Team Name/Company Name) + Work Name + Mobile Number ";

Submission deadline: All electronic materials must be sent to the organizing committee's email address before 24:00 on April 10, 2026. The time of successful email delivery will be considered the submission deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted.

(iv) Competition Rules

Entries must be original works that have not been previously published. Plagiarism and imitation are strictly prohibited. If any copyright dispute is involved, the participant will be immediately disqualified, and all legal disputes and consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the participant. Participants must sign a declaration of originality in the registration form , promising that the submitted work is an original design that has not been previously published and that there is no plagiarism, misappropriation, or intellectual property infringement. This declaration forms a double constraint with these rules.

During the initial review stage, the copyright of the submitted designs belongs to the named author . The organizer has the right to publicly promote, publicize, and display all submitted designs without prior notice. The copyright of winning designs belongs to the organizer, and gold, silver, and bronze award-winning designs will be permanently collected by the organizer. Participants must sign the "Original Work Commitment Letter" for the Guangzhou Jeepine Craftsman Clothing Design Global Competition on the registration form . The commitment letter is a formal written confirmation of the copyright and originality requirements of these rules and is only valid after being handwritten and signed by the participant/legal representative (with the company seal affixed).

Entrants must ensure they possess full intellectual property rights to their final submitted works. Entrants are solely responsible for any copyright disputes arising from the use of AI tools, material citations, etc. Apparel manufacturing companies must ensure the authenticity and validity of the submitted production qualifications and capacity information; any falsification will result in immediate disqualification from the competition and any awards. (Individual/ Team Leader) A scanned copy of both sides of the ID card must be included in the compressed file , and a scanned copy of the business license with the company seal attached, for enterprises, as proof of intellectual property rights and corporate qualifications.

II. Competition Procedure

This competition is divided into six stages: submission of works, preliminary screening, secondary review, final review, results announcement and popularity voting, and award announcement. The timeline and core tasks for each stage are as follows:

(I) Submission Period (March 2026 - April 10, 2026)

The competition organizer (Guangzhou Jeepine Intelligent Compression Molding Machine Co.,Ltd.) will release competition information and open registration channels through official platforms, industry media, design colleges, and other channels. Participants must complete the "Guangzhou Jeepine Craftsman Clothing Design Global Competition Registration Form" and submit it along with the electronic version of their design works as part of their registration materials. Incomplete registration forms or failure to sign relevant declarations and commitment letters will be considered as incomplete registration materials.

Participants should complete their design and material preparation as required, and send the complete electronic version of the materials to the organizing committee's designated email address before 24:00 on April 10, 2026 . guolanying@jeepine.com.cn ;

The organizing committee will conduct a preliminary acceptance and registration of the submitted materials and verify the completeness of the electronic materials. While verifying the materials, the organizing committee will also check the completeness of the registration form, the signing of the declaration and commitment letter, and the completeness of supporting documents (scanned copies of ID card/business license). Any missing materials will be considered incomplete and registration will not be approved.

(II) Initial Screening Stage (April 11, 2026 - April 13, 2026)

The organizers of the competition: Guangzhou Jeepine Design Competition Organizing Committee +  Design Assistant Team.

The core selecting criteria are: ① Verifying the completeness and compliance of materials with submission specifications; ② Eliminating plagiarized, stolen, or illegally used AI works; ③ Eliminating works that are clearly unrelated to the use cases in precision manufacturing workshops, have seriously unreasonable color and accessory combinations, or violate minimalist/professional/stable/high-end industrial aesthetics; ④ Selecting works with basic design value and meeting the core requirements of the competition for the second round of selecting. When verifying the completeness of materials, the registration form and supporting materials will be included in the verification scope. Registration forms that are not filled out or signed as required, or supporting materials that are missing, will be directly disqualified from the second round of selecting.

Results Notification: The organizing committee will notify those who advance to the next round via phone/email. Those who do not advance will not be notified individually. The initial list of those who advance will be briefly announced on the official platform (Chinese website: cn.jpccm.com; English website: www.jpccm.com ) . The notification method must be consistent with the phone number and email address provided by the participant in the registration form. Participants must ensure that the contact information provided in the registration form is accurate and valid. Failure to be notified due to incorrect contact information will be considered an automatic waiver of advancement eligibility.

(III) Re-evaluation phase (April 14, 2026 - April 15, 2026)

The organizers of the competition: The Competition's All-Dimensional Selecting Committee

Selecting method: Each judge scores independently (out of 100 points)

Advancement Rules: Entries will be ranked from highest to lowest based on their overall scores, with approximately 40% advancing to the final review (this percentage may be adjusted if the number of entries is low ) . The final list of advancing entries will be publicized on the official platform for 3 business days. During the review process, the judging committee will use the work description, AI usage instructions, and originality declaration provided in the application form as references to ensure that the actual submitted content matches the information on the application form.

(iv) Final review stage (April 16, 2026 - April 17, 2026)

The organizers of the competition: The Competition's All-Dimensional Judging Committee

Judging method: The judging panel will adopt the "independent scoring + on-site deliberation" model. The judges will first score the final works independently for the second time (out of 100 points). Then, they will conduct a collective deliberation on the high-scoring works, including the completeness of the entire series design, the details of the workshop environment adaptation, the rationality of cost and mass production, the optimization space of color matching, and the brand compatibility. The judges will combine the scoring results and the deliberation opinions to determine the candidate list for the gold, silver, bronze and excellence awards .

Results Compilation: The organizing committee compiles and archives the final scores and deliberations to form a list of award candidates, in preparation for subsequent public announcement and popularity voting.

(V) Results announcement and popularity voting stage (April 20, 2026 - April 24, 2026, a total of 5 days)

List of Winners: The final list of shortlisted winners will be published on the official website, WeChat official account, and video account of Guangzhou Jeepine, along with some PDF files of the shortlisted works and design descriptions. Feedback and objections from the public will be accepted during the公示 period. The published information will include the entity name (individual/team/company) filled in by the participants in the registration form, but will not disclose private information (ID number, detailed mailing and courier address, etc.).

Handling of objections: The organizing committee will conduct an investigation within 3 working days of receiving an objection. During the investigation, the award recognition of the relevant work will be suspended. The investigation results will be provided to the objector in writing and published on the official platform. If the work is found to have irregularities, its eligibility will be immediately revoked, and the candidate works will be selected in order of the final comprehensive score and re-publicized.

Popularity Vote: At the same time as the announcement, a popularity vote will be launched across the entire network through the official WeChat account of Guangzhou Jeepine . The voting period is the same as the announcement period (5 days). Only real-name authenticated users can participate. Vote rigging is prohibited. If it is discovered, the voting qualification of the work will be immediately cancelled. The work with the most votes will be awarded the "Popularity Award" (the Popularity Award can be combined with other awards).

(vi) Award announcement stage (April 28, 2026)

The organizing committee will finalize the results of the objection verification and popularity vote to determine the final list of winners for all awards in this competition. The list will be officially announced on the Guangzhou Jeepine official platform, and winners will be notified of prize collection and subsequent cooperation matters. The phone number, email address, and mailing address provided in the registration form will be consistent with the information provided in the registration form. Participants must ensure the accuracy of the address information in the registration form to facilitate the mailing of physical prizes.

III. Selection Mechanism

(I) Main Core Principles of Selection

Adapting to Needs: The design must be suitable for the working environment of a precision mold manufacturing workshop, taking into account functionality, practicality, and durability. The design must be a complete set of clothing consisting of a long top and short top, as well as long pants , meeting core environmental requirements such as dust-free, anti-static, and oil/corrosion resistance , with pocket layout suitable for tool storage.

Aesthetic and Coordination Principles: Adhering to minimalist, professional, sophisticated, and high-end industrial aesthetics, the color scheme and accessories are rational, complete, and harmonious. The entire collection maintains a unified design style and coordinated details.

Brand integration principle: Naturally integrate Guangzhou Jeepine's corporate spirit and brand philosophy, conveying the professionalism and strength of China's precision manufacturing.

Innovation and Practicality Principles: Encourage design innovation, reject extravagance and formalism, and ensure that designs are feasible and mass-producible. Ensure that design cost estimates are reasonable, feasible, and mass-producible, with high supply chain compatibility.

Originality and Fairness Principles: The originality of entries will be rigorously verified. The entire judging process will be open and transparent, with judges scoring independently to prevent any behind-the-scenes manipulation. All entries will have an equal opportunity for judging. For clothing manufacturing companies participating, the authenticity of their production qualifications will be verified simultaneously. Originality verification will be based on the "Original Work Commitment Letter," "Declaration of Originality," and supporting documentation in the registration form, combined with cross-verification of the actual content of the work.

(II) Composition of the Review Committee

We employ a team of experts and senior professionals from multiple fields to ensure that the review of design works combines aesthetic excellence, industry depth, strategic alignment, practicality and comfort, and communicative value.

During the judging process, judges can review the complete registration form and supporting materials submitted by the participants to ensure the comprehensiveness of the judging information.

(III) Detailed Rules for Handling Objections

During the public announcement period, any organization or individual may raise objections to the nominated winning entries. They must provide true and valid evidence (such as proof of plagiarism, proof of illegal use of AI, materials that do not conform to the design, etc.) , false production qualification certificates, proof of falsified cost and mass production analysis , proof of false information in the application form, proof of invalid signature of the declaration/commitment letter, and indicate the name, contact information, and organization (if any) of the objector. Anonymous objections will not be accepted.

The organizing committee has established a dedicated channel for feedback on objections (email/phone), with designated personnel responsible for receiving and verifying objections. The verification process is strictly confidential to ensure fairness and objectivity.

If, upon verification, a work is found to be plagiarized, misappropriated, contains AI violations, is fraudulent , has false production qualifications , contains false information on the application form, or fails to sign a declaration/commitment letter as required, its eligibility for the award will be immediately revoked, and related rights will be recovered. Vacancies will be filled in order of the final comprehensive score, and a supplementary announcement will be made on the official platform.

IV. Incentive Scheme

① This competition features five award categories: Gold, Silver, Bronze, Popularity Award , and Excellence Award . Rewards include pre-tax cash prizes, customized honors, on-site collaborations, industry exposure, and resource connections . The gold award-winning designs will be given priority for adoption as tooling solutions in the precision mold manufacturing workshop of Guangzhou Jeepine Precision Mold; ③ If the winner is a garment manufacturing company, it will have priority in receiving orders for Jeepine workwear and will be included in the list of excellent suppliers; ④ All bonuses are pre-tax amounts, and Guangzhou Jeepine will withhold and pay individual income tax/corporate income tax on your behalf in accordance with relevant national tax laws and regulations ; ⑤ The bank account for transferring prize money and the mailing address for physical prizes shall be based on the information filled in the registration form. Participants must ensure that the bank account and mailing address information in the registration form are true and valid. Overseas winners must additionally indicate foreign currency receiving information and international mailing address in the registration form.

(I) Award Categories and Specific Rewards

This competition is open to participants worldwide. The prizes are the same for individuals, teams, and companies/design agencies, as detailed below:

(ii) General reward benefits (all winning designers/organizations are eligible)

Full-platform exposure: All winning entries will be showcased long-term on Guangzhou Jeepine's official website, WeChat official account, video account, and corporate showroom (partially) . They will also have the opportunity to be recommended to media outlets in the precision manufacturing industry, apparel design industry, and design schools, enhancing the industry visibility of designers/organizations. For apparel manufacturing companies that win awards, their production qualifications, capacity, and tooling production advantages will be simultaneously promoted. The entity name displayed on the platforms will be consistent with the name/team name/company name filled in the application form to ensure consistent brand promotion.

Brand Collaboration Benefits: Within legal and compliant limits, individuals/organizations may use the "Guangzhou Jeepine Craftsman Apparel Design Global Competition Winning Entries" logo for brand promotion (subject to Jeepine Brand Usage Guidelines). Apparel manufacturers may include the "Guangzhou Jeepine Excellent Supplier/Reserve Supplier" logo on their products and promotional materials (subject to Jeepine Brand Usage Guidelines).

Inclusion in the Craftsmanship Resource Pool : All winners will be included in the "Guangzhou Jeepine Craftsmanship Design Pool ," becoming a long-term cooperative resource for enterprises and receiving priority invitations to participate in various craftsmanship-themed activities, design seminars, and industry exchange events organized by Jeepine. Apparel manufacturers will also be included in the "Guangzhou Jeepine Supply Chain Resource Pool ," enjoying benefits such as annual supplier evaluations and resource allocation. The information entered into the resource pool will be based on the entity information and contact information filled in the application form. Enterprises must also enter their unified social credit code and production qualification information.

(III) Instructions for Reward Distribution

Cash prizes: Within 30 working days of the official announcement of the winners, the organizing committee will transfer the prize money to the bank account provided by the winner during registration (overseas winners will be converted to the corresponding foreign currency at the exchange rate of the day and paid via international transfer). Prizes for garment manufacturing companies will be transferred to their corporate bank accounts. Bank account information is provided by the participants in the registration form; individuals should provide their personal account information, and companies should provide their corporate account information. The organizing committee will not collect this information separately.

Physical prizes (certificates of honor, gifts): will be mailed to the winners' designated address within 15 working days after the official announcement of the winners. For overseas winners, Guangzhou Jeepine will fully cover the shipping costs. The designated mailing address is the contact address filled in on the registration form. If participants need to change their address, they must contact the organizing committee ( Ms. Guo 13676291724 ) within 5 working days after the announcement of the winners.

Cooperation and Exposure Benefits: Within 30 working days of the winners' announcement, a designated member of the organizing committee will contact the winners to discuss specific implementation details and develop a customized benefit implementation plan to ensure all benefits are realized. For winning apparel manufacturing companies, the purchasing and supply chain departments of Jeepine will jointly coordinate order cooperation and supplier directory inclusion, completing qualification verification and communication of cooperation intentions within 15 working days. Contact information will be the telephone number and email address provided in the registration form; participants must ensure their communication channels are open.

Collaborative Creation Award Distribution: If the winning work is a collaborative creation by multiple individuals/organizations, the prize money, honors, and rights will be distributed through negotiation among the creators. The competition organizing committee will only liaise with the primary person in charge registered at the time of registration regarding all award matters. If the collaborative creation includes a clothing manufacturing company, the rights distribution ratio of the manufacturing company must be clearly stated at the time of registration. The collaborative creation team must clearly indicate the information of the primary person in charge in the registration form, and all collaborative creators must sign/stamp the declaration and commitment letter on the registration form.

Certificate and Collection Instructions: Certificates of honor for Gold, Silver, Bronze, Popularity Award , and Excellence Award will be stamped and issued by Guangzhou Jeepine. For garment manufacturing companies that win awards, an additional "Guangzhou Jeepine Excellent Supplier/Reserve Supplier" certification will be issued. The name/team name/company name filled in on the certificate must be consistent with the application form, and the company certificate will include the unified social credit code.

V. Supplementary Provisions

The selection results of this competition are the comprehensive evaluation results of the judging committee and have final authority. If participants have any objections to the selection results, they may provide feedback during the publicity period in accordance with the objection handling procedure in this plan. Late submissions will not be accepted.

The organizer reserves the right to modify, optimize, mass-produce, and promote the winning entries for all commercial and non-commercial purposes without paying the winners any additional fees. Winners retain the right to be credited for their designs. Apparel manufacturers that win awards and receive mass production orders must produce according to the design schemes and quality standards confirmed by the organizer, ensuring that the products meet the requirements for the workshop environment.

By submitting their entry materials, participants acknowledge that they have fully understood and voluntarily agreed to abide by all rules, judging mechanisms, and award schemes of this competition, and accept the organizer's final interpretation of the relevant rules. Apparel manufacturers participating in the competition confirm that the submitted production qualifications and capacity information are true and valid, and agree to accept the organizer's qualification review and order cooperation assessment. Submission of entry materials includes a fully completed and signed registration form, all declarations and commitments, supporting documents, and electronic versions of design works. Submission of any of these materials constitutes acceptance of all contents of this agreement.

Guangzhou Jeepine reserves the right to final interpretation of this competition. It may make appropriate adjustments to this plan based on the actual situation of the competition. The adjustments will be announced in advance through the official platform and will take effect after the announcement.

Any matters not covered in this plan will be separately notified by the organizing committee of the Guangzhou Jeepine Craftsman Fashion Design Global Competition. Notifications regarding any unresolved matters will be sent via the phone number, email address, and official platform provided on the registration form; participants are advised to check these channels regularly.
